Technology
Vision Broadcasting and Los Angeles Music Festival® have always been partly about technology. Launched in 1995, VisionBroadcast was among the first wave of music websites on the emerging world wide web and featured coverage of national artists, chat, message boards and audio and video streaming. This was well before the conglomerates came in and repeatedly paved over the marketplace. Through a collaboration with Vosaic, an early video streaming technology company, VisionBroadcast.com and Los Angeles Music Festival® were pioneers in the online music space, among the first to feature on demand video content featuring music and artists on the world wide web.
For a time I successfully produced custom social networks on the Ning platform. I was also an early producer of 360 video, aerial drone footage and enjoy shooting POV action videos, primarily bike rides. My company has produced live and on demand video, including multi-camera shoots for a mariachi festival. And as a marketing, communications and DJ I used the Los Angeles Music Festival® website, music and social media channels to establish a digital footprint rivaling nonprofit music presenters in LA with multimillion dollar budgets.
