Vision
First there was vision. It was a long time ago, but I was a young visionary in NYC. Check out these letters to the editor of Broadcasting in 1992 and the Hollywood Reporter in 1997.
The pioneering Los Angeles Music Festival® was noted in Variety, Rolling Stone and on MTV. And Hispanic Business named Vasquez as one of several entrepreneurs of the year in 1997. The foreshadowing of the future programming marketplace described in “Fertile Field” above is also alluded to in the Hispanic Business quote. All of us are familiar with on demand streaming now but this was 1997.
